Review content:
Don't go to this place unless you want your clothes returned torn! I gave them an expensive suit to dry-clean and I explicitly showed the lady that the full suit was intact with no damage. She agreed & said ""no problem"", but they returned it with a tear near the edge of the pocket. Since they had a plastic sheet over the suit when picking it up & one of the arms was covering the pocket inside the plastic sheet, I couldn't see the tear when I picked it up. The next day, I removed the plastic sheet and saw the tear. When I went back to them to show it to them, they were rude and started yelling at me in a language I didn't understand. Then they called a lady who they said was the manager, talked to her for a while in that strange language and then allowed me to talk to her. She then told me in English that I was lying and the tear was there before I dropped it - despite the fact that while dropping it, I had explicitly shown the counter-lady that the suit was fully intact. They didn't offer repair or compensation of any kind - just accused me of lying. I told them to expect to hear from my lawyer & left. Needless to mention, I'll never go back here again!!!
