Since dogs don't talk, it's tough to say, but the people working at this PetsHotel seemed fine to me. I had called a couple of times before my dog's stay. They were helpful and courteous. My dog was fine and tired out from play when I picked her up. They gave me a little booklet with info regarding her stay. All seemed well. She was healthy and didn't seem traumatized. I wouldn't hesitate to leave her there again. I don't like the fact that none of the PetsHotels have outdoor areas for the dogs. I like the safety factor aspect, but for a long stay, I would take her elsewhere so she could have some fresh air. She had an overnight with Doggie Day Camp. I also think the dogs could use more than one hour of rest time at the day camp, but that's my opinion :)
