My three-year old Yorkie has been groomed at the Fireplug since she was a puppy. They do a great job, and I love that it is so open and free. When they go in for grooming, they can stay and play all day, which is perfect for me. I drop her off before work and pick her up at the end of the day (the day of ""doggy daycare"" is included in the price of grooming). The Fireplug is priced about the same as other services in the area, but the staff is great - attentive and they know my dog by name - and I love that the dogs don't have to sit in a kennel most of the day! Instead they get to play with other dogs their size.
Also, the groomer uses local products that are made in Grapevine and has a great oatmeal bath for sensitive skin.
