I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR AT LEAST 12-15 YEARS.THE FIRST TIME I NEEDED HELP WITH MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. THE GAS COMPANY HAD STOPPED THEIR ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT.THEY WERE THE FIRST ONES TO REPLY.STEVE CAME BY AND TOLD ME HOW HE HAD BEEN WORKING FOR THE GAS COMPANY FOR 20 YEARS AND COULD TAKE CARE OF ANY GAS APPLIANCE.I GAVE HIM THAT JOB AND AFTER HE WAS DONE AND THE INVOICE BEING JUST RIGHT , I DECIDED TO KEEP HIS NUMBER ON TOP OF THE LIST.MANY YEARS WENT BY , MANY SERVICE CALLS LATER I STILL CALL HIM.AND PROMPTLY GINA CALLS BACK WITHIN AN HOUR AND THE SERVICEMAN IS AT MY DOOR RIGHT AFTER.
I WISH THERE COULD BE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM AROUND.TODAY, THE HEATER WENT BUST.
HE SENT PETER .HE WAS SUPER.
