This is not a reputable merchant.
I ordered (via internet) from Dance 4 Less, and like others that have posted, did not receive what I ordered. My order for a specific brand (advertised on their website) was substituted with an item from a different manufacturer, of lesser quality and which actually retails for less. However, they charged my credit card for the higher priced brand which they did not send.
Thinking it may have been just a packing mistake, I called to correct the problem. The woman who answered proceeded to rudely ask me if I was sure I ordered the right thing. I told her that I had a copy of my order, as well as the packing slip (which corresponded to what I ordered, but not with what they shipped) and that I was absolutely positive this was not what I ordered. She then advised me that I would have to pay for return shipping and that they would then credit my card. When I complained about having to pay for return shipping when it was their mistake, my call was disconnected. Numerous attempts to call back were useless as she did not pick up the phone again. Since they gave me no other recourse I have already called my credit card company and the purchase has been placed in dispute.
I wish I had taken the time to research this merchant BEFORE placing my order, for if I had read these reviews before hand I would have never ordered from them. Dance 4 Less either has the worst customer service, or the worst packing department, or they are simply dishonest. In any case, this is one merchant to stay away from.
