I've ordered twice. Both times one of the two items I received wasn't what I ordered. The first time it was a dance bag - was ok so I kept it. But the 2nd time was supposed to receive a sweater shrug, got a leotard material shrug with sequins and beading - not at all like the photo/description on the website. I tried calling immediately...got voicemail. Left a message. Emailed also. No response to either. Called again today. Was told by girl who answered the phone she would check about a return. She didn't come back on the phone after more than 15 minutes. Hung up and tried again, several times. Their system goes right to hold - no voicemail. Who runs a business like this? If you're willing to roll the dice, go ahead. Maybe you'll get lucky. I'll stick with Dance Solutions, thanks.
