Trying to save others from this bad product and service -
Ordered a men's pair of ballroom shoes and a women's - our Christmas gifts to each others.
Men's - 2nd wearing: eyelets coming loose. Non - returnable after 30 days! What quality!!!
Women's - returned promptly January 9 because did not fit. No refund received so called Feb. 7 - told a refund would take FOUR weeks! Upon my displeasure - and full well knowing refunds do NOT take that long - was told a credit would be processed that week. Next stateent comes - STILL no credit. Upon my insistence that credit be run immediately - AH HA - yes, they COULD and did, indeed run the credit...and on top of that I'm supposed to be happy they did not charge the restocking fee!
Do NOT order from this company if quality and service are important to you.
