Review content:
First of all they sent me shoes with the incorrect heal height and the buckle was missing from one shoe. I returned them for a refund. I called at least 6 times and e-mailed 4 times with no response. Finally when I did get ahold of a live person I was promised a refund prompty. Another 3 phone calls and they finally credited my account. Keep in mind they had all of my information when I placed the order, phone, address and e-mail address and never tried to take care of this. It took 4 months to finally receive the refund but they took out the original free shipping charge and said the free shipping did not apply if you return shoes. It cost me $14.00 in shipping charges back and forth and nothing to show for it even though they sent me the wrong product and no buckle in the first place.
