After being assured on the phone that I could get last minute measurements, I ran into Squirrel Hill at the beginning of rush hour with a detailed description of the measurements and cash in hand. I met with two of the rudest people I have ever encountered. They threw the list back at me and refused to do it. I offered double the price they asked and demanded to know why they said it was all right on the phone; they said, ""We say yes to everything on the phone, and no one will do this many measurements."" I was shaking and in tears after struggling to find a babysitter and running all over town, and they just sneered. Awful, awful people.
