I only gave the place one star because I could not give it zero. We lived there for a few years before the place starting going to 7734. Most of the people that live there just don't care about their yards the way their home looks, trailer trash, unreal. It was starting to look like a junk yard. There is nothing for the children to do. So they play in the street and leave their toys everywhere. No park for the kids to play in, no pool to swim in. But the owners have a pool in their back yard, that no one uses, but maybe once or twice a season. tenants are not aloud. It was a nice place when we first moved there, when we left the traffic was horrible and the loud music and loud people kept us up threw the night. We started seeing the place go downhill quickly, we got out of there. The lot rent is unreal for what you pay for lot alone if you don't own your home, it would be cheaper to by a small house. Pet fee for dog or cat $15 per pet, in the house that you own. What a joke. Good luck with the owners they are just there to collect the lot rent. Don't ask for anything, you won't get it, maybe a little bit of grass seed would be nice to keep their park looking livable.. Don't dare ask for some gravel for the driveway that you rent. you'll never see it. Planting flowers to make the place look nice, who cares? Money wasted. Sewage was included when we moved in, now it is double your water bill. Your water bill goes to the owners first then they give it to you?? Nice little pay raise for them. Owners don't care who they move in as long as the lot is being rented. Come and take a look for yourself, ask some of the people that live there how they feel about the place. Different rules for different people also. Don't forget that there is a Drag strip 1/4 mile down the road. The cars drag race all spring, summer long and into the fall, very loud weekends. I love where I am at now. Bottom line, Mobile Home living is no longer affordable living $750 to $900 a month or more??? Mobile home payment with lot rent, water sewage. The owners pay trash pickup, with your lot rent money, lol. Who wants to live in a trailer now??
