Excellent Customer Service! Jay, John, Ki and the rest of the staff are awesome. Installed a Nav/DVD, backup camera and 4 headrest monitors. Didn't like how the backup camera was installed initially and they re-did the install no questions asked. Very informative on everything car audio/video/alarms. Took time with each individual customer while I was there and answered their questions professionally. And even if they don't know the answer, they search the internet or ask colleagues until they have found the correct answer. No BS. Would rather have that than some other salesmen/installer giving false information. They also gave pros and cons of certain setups and customizations. They offer great prices and pricematch items found at legit authorized car audio/video websites. Very straight-forward and honest people. Will definately go back to have more stuff done.
