Review content:
WE NEVER GOT TO SPEND ONE NIGHT IN OUR RV. WE WILL TELL EVERYONE WE MEET ABOUT HOW WE GOT SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY!!! We purchased a used 1997 Pace Arrow RV from Coachworks and were told over and over and over again by the sales rep not to worry, that they would make sure everything would be fixed and to bring it back if we found something wrong. We bought the coach in July and by October, they had the RV in their shop more than we had it in our driveway. In fact, in nearly 3 months of paying for it, we were never able to take it anywhere except back to coachworks to get something else repaired. And then THE BIG ONE, was when we got it home the last time, we went to back it in the yard, and it would not move. We found out the next day at Ammco, that our transmission was shot. When we had the transmission shop call and tell Coachworks that this was definitely not something we could of done and the cost would be nearly $3000.00, they told us that they would not even consider a 50% split in expense with us. WE REMEMBER CHUCK THE SALESMAN TELLING US "" I LOVE YOU GUYS"", ONE TIME. NICE SALES PITCH. HE LOVED US JUST ENOUGH TO FINANCIALLY SCREW US!!!
Cons: WE WERE LIED TO
