I walked in at 11:00 am for a ham and cheese crossaint, costs $3. After the woman manager cooked it and gave it to me I sat down and attempted to bite into it. It was hard as a rock and seemed to be microwave burnt like gas station food. I came up to her counter and asked if she could make another one but not micro it that long. She said she can't and won't. I asked her if I could get my money back, she said NO. I asked if I could possibly get a coupon for a drink, NO. Asked her if I could have a muffin instead, NO. I asked to speak with a manager, ""I am the manager"", with a laugh. I asked for the owners number, which after I called it went straight to the manager's phone. I was so irrate of this horrible service and hope this business dies off like the leaves on a tree. bye bye jo jo you wont be around much longer.
