Review content:
I found myself at Restaurant Hama around 4:30 on a rainy Tuesday afternoon. I was quicky seated at the sushi bar and offered menus and a hot towel. The spicy tuna was good. Nice flavor and texture, with the right amount of bite to it. The California was slightly disappointing: the cucumber was too soft and the avocado didnt have much flavor, though I believe they did use real crab meat. In both cases, the rice was too sticky causing the rolls to unwrap when I attempted to pull them apart, and the nori was not crisp. The service was prompt, and the dining area seemed spacious. There was no presentation to the sushi - simply rolled, cut and placed on a plate. The prices were a bit high. Not a bad experience, though I doubt Ill be in a hurry to return considering the many other, better places.
