I have never eaten in a place that would not let you take your time. Here I was waiting for them to give me my bill after the appetizer. And what's with the mixing special sauce? It's no art form, what do they expect a bigger tip?
Our waiter asked my dining companion if his food was okay, because he obviously wasn't eating fast enough for him. The food is no better than any take-out place.
If you do go, and feel like you're rushed, make sure when you are done and have your bill - sit there for an extra 30 minutes to digest, and to tick off the waiter who is trained to rush you out so more people can come in. They just care about your $$$.
