Hello! I visited your facility on the 7th with 5 girlfriends (took the stretch hummer courtesy of Kyle) and the experience superceded the expectations. The staff was knowledgeable, patient and kind. We were all really excited and easily distracted yet the desk staff went over our various options and walked us through the registration process.
Our 'trainer' was fantastic. He was right there with us the whole time and showed us what to do and what not to. I wish I remembered his name! Tall, lean, dark hair, clean shaven... anyway... he was very friendly and made the day a lot of fun.
I have already recommended your facility to friends who plan to visit Vegas in 2013.
