Review content:
I just had my first Mario's experience after hearing great reviews from neighbors here in Sunnyside. I really enjoyed my meal. I had the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer with a glass of chianti, the lasagna and then the italian cheesecake with an espresso. It wasn't too expensive and the food was succulent. The restaurant is rather small so if you are with a large group you may want to reserve in advance. The decor is very simple but inviting and warm. However, I didn't find any of the waitresses to be friendly and accomodating at all which is why i didn't give this place 5 stars. Somehow I would have really like to see a smile...maybe I caught them on a bad day? You let me know.
Pros: Food
Cons: Service
