All we received was the run around from this company.. words cant even express how much we were not only disappointed but all the money we lost in the process. We were supposed to be picked at at 7and by 7:30 the driver still had not shown, so we call to find out what the hold up was.. They said it was traffic due to the snow just to be patient that the driver would be there in 15-20 min. By 8 the driver still had not shown and was no longer answering our calls!!! we were due to be in the city for a 9:00 pm show which we had already pre-paid over 800 for.. so we had to call another limo company!!! Not only did we miss our show but it threw our whole night off!!! I would never trust these people again, I'm only sorry that I didn't read the reviews first before going with the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with!!
Pros: nothing
Cons: unreliable, unwilling to communicate, will leave u stranded
