we've paid CASH in full prior to our wedding day - WRONG MOVE!!! It's been more than a year and a half now, and we're still waiting for our video. It's frustrating calling their office, no one picks up, they don't return calls or emails. They told me it takes 8 months to get the edited version - I guess it's my fault for not researching more, they were recommended to me, I figure they were dependable, dependable during the event, but not when it comes to delivering the edited version. I've been really patient with them - the excuse I received was their editor was out sick, so they were backed up, it would take an additional month - over a month later, no phone calls, no one picks up the phone in the office - IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I hope I don't have to wait until our 2nd anniversary to get our video. OR if I'm lucky, I'll get it by then???
