Where else is this godforsaken country can you rent a movie for $2.25....It's still 2006, right? Wow. Not only is it cheap, but it's independent (both in ownership and in film fare). Video stores are a dying breed so it feels right to support one that really cares. They have a wide variety of indies (both american and foreign) and an extensive older foreign selection. They stock a good portion of Criterion dvds, and the staff, for the most part, is very knowledgable and helpful. They also ordered a movie for me that they didn't have in stock. It arrived a week later, and they called me to let me know it was now on the shelves!
