plenty of personal attention and a very quite and tranquil atmosphere. all around proffesionalism and a good way to experience a different culture. the history was great. a real family feel and my kids love it. it doesnt just teach self defense it teaches self control and discipline that our youth so desperatly needs. what you learn there you will take with you forever. the workout is great you walk away feeling energized and ready for anything. a wide array of exercises and weapons as well as great streching activities.
