My sister, mother and I have been to this location twice only to be followed around the store by security. Heaven forbid 3 women want to go from isle to isle smelling and commenting on product! They must be thiefs! I go to Sephora never spending less than a hundred bucks. I'll never return to this Reno location. I was so creeped out by the security card starring at me while a sales associate was matching me for product. I grabbed the product paid and left. I really wanted that new T3 curling iron too! I don't think I could have managed to shove that one in my Kate Spade though and make a run for it. I am treated well when I go to the Vegas and San Antonio locations too. I raved about it to my family only to have this happen!
I can move on and still be amsephora customer. They will remain faithful to Ulta due to their experience.
