My husband and I went into Joseph Jewelry to inquire about using diamonds we already had to incorporate into a new ring. Our intent was also to upgrade the center stone in my current ring. We kept running into road blocks when we stopped at big box jewelry stores. I had a copy of an 'inspiration ring' but wanted to use our stones, upgrade the center stone, and tweak it a bit to my liking. We ended up working with Danny (both brothers are excellent!) and were treated with the utmost respect and care. He listened intently to my desires and a few weeks later, I am wearing the ring of my dreams. It looks even better than the inspiration ring. They credited us the gold from our other pieces as well as the old center stone. He remembered every minute detail from our discussions and incorporated it into a masterpiece. We definitely plan on using Joseph Jewelry as our exclusive jeweler. They are classy, professional, perfectionists and treat each customer like gold!
