I think Southend Auto Care is good. The only thing was that we had some miscommunication about my engine light being on. I thought they were going to look at it while I had it there, but I had to bring it back and they hooked it up and took a look at it then. It was just some miscommunication. Other than that, I have gone to them back when they used to be in a different location. I've known Mark and his team since I first called them up for an oil change.
I like their rewards program. I think that it's really good to have. I gave a reward to my friend to use, and I'll get a little extra reward for giving to her. It's worth it, and it's good. I trust Mark, and whoever is doing work for him, to do a good job.
