I have really appreciated the personal care that Southend Auto Care has taken of me. I feel like they personally attend to my needs. I also appreciate how they have kept track of things and suggested things that might have been overlooked. They have reminded me of those things so that I would be able to decide about them.
They have never done anything without my permission. They always check and let me know of possible needs or services. I really appreciate that. I have used them for probably 7 or 8 years. The quality of work seems very good; I have never had any complaints. I feel that they are totally reliable and willing to do anything within their range of possibilities for a customer to make sure they are well taken care of.
