We have been with Southend Auto Care for years, and one of the things I really appreciate about them is that they have always treated my wife well. When she takes the car in, they are always courteous, and they don't try to sell her things she doesn't need.
The service manager always listens to me about what is going on with the vehicle, and he stays in touch with me if there are any changes while they are working. When they are done with the work, I am always pleasantly surprised that they wash and vacuum the car when they are finished. I have told many people about the kind of service we receive from them.
After they do work, the owner, Mark, calls me within a few days to see how the car is doing. I was pretty dazzled by something that happened a couple of weeks ago. After Southend Auto Care did the work, I got the usual call from Mark. Then, a few days later, I actually received a handwritten card thanking me for coming in. I have never got that kind of service from any other auto place.
