I was in the military and traveling a lot, and I wanted a car I could count on. I found out about Coastal Import, and that they were a European car repair service, so I thought I would use them. I have been with Matthew and company for almost 30 years now.
It doesn't matter where you go, there will always be some problems eventually, but at Coastal Import I always receive very good service. They do a good job. I refer people there all the time, and I think they are now taking on other types of cars as well, though they are primarily European cars.
Out of everybody I have sent down there is only one person they couldn't help, but nobody else in town can find the problem either, so I don't think it was Coastal Import's fault. I have been dealing with them for 30 years, and I wouldn't go back if I didn't like it. They have great service.
