I have lived at Glennwood farms for five years on Harvie Road and I have never had any major problems. There were a few but that's with all apartments. I think it depends on which apartment you get that will make the difference.
Pros: Quite,affordable, and safe
Cons: When I moved out they didn't give me my deposit.
