Where to start. First off my husband and I thought finding an 05' SUV with 65,000 miles on it was a great find, but we were wrong. To start off the finance guy told us our finance was with one bank, then we found out a week later it was with a totally different bank. Secondly, our in-transits expired and they ordered our plates one day before they expired. They only ordered them because we had to call and complain. Best of all there was a noise when the car had to brake, plus the oil had not been changed. We took it in for them to change the oil and check out the noise. It turns out under the car was very rusty and the ball joints need replaced. Is it covered under the $3,200 extended warranty we bought, NO! When picking the car I continued to remind them that they sold me the car that way and they had nothing to say. Simply trying to explain my warranty to me did not make any difference because all in all it was their fault for not fixing it before selling the car. One of their comments was things happen, well when those things happen they should fix them before selling the car. To top it all off they did not change my oil AND do you think they could have put my license plates on that they were SO late to deliver. NOPE! So not only did I drive with expired in-transits, but they couldn't even have the decency to put them on. NEVER go to them, their customer service sucks and they take no responsibility for being bad car sellers.
