I have had Paul's out to my house several times (I guess I have bad luck with appliances...) And have never been dissapointed. This last time made me want to put some reviews on the internet so others know what an extraordinary company this is.
I had James come out to my house to fix my Bosch washer that would not drain. Again. You see, my kids tend to leave things in thier pockets that jam up the drain pump. This time the pump was ruined, but James had the pump on his van, and did not even need to order anything at all! I didn't know what I was going to do with laundry from six kids, but I didn't have to worry about it at all! Fixed, no hassles, no mess!!
