Review content:
Do yourself a favor and don't use this lawyer. He has made my sister's divorce painful and long. She is a nanny making $10/hour and he bills 5 minute phone calls like they were 1/2 hr or longer (at $200/hour). He billed her for times she has documented that nothing was going on. He refused to listen to her most important points. For example, he wanted it written in her divorce decree that she would be able to change her last name, but he failed to add that. When she called the office, she felt belittled and taken advantage of. It felt like she was up against 2 evils- her husband and her own lawyer. She didn't pick this lawyer initially. The one she had hired quit (she later told us she was tired of the dishonesty in her profession), and she was transfered to him without knowing it. By the time she found out, she had invested too much money into this law firm. It was cost prohibitive to move firms. So long story short- if you need a compassionate lawyer on your side at one of the toughest times of your life, STAY AWAY FROM JACKMAN!!! Pros: NONE! Cons: Dishonest, Rude, No compassion
