I moved to Utah a few months prior to coming to Creekside Animal Hospital with my 14 year old Golden, who had cancer and heart failure. It became obvious she had no quality of life and was in a lot of pain. I took her to a vet that was close to my house and had a horrible experience. So I brought her to Creekside after a referral. Everyone was very nice and compassionate and let me spend all the time I wanted with my little girl during and after she died. It is so hard to make the decision to put your loved one down and they made it as easy as it could possibly be.
I only give four stars because of the cost, but the staff were all great and I will be taking my other dog there from now on.
