I had two services performed over the course of two months. The first was a tree removal which was performed on the scheduled day however it took six days to remove the tree stump. They did not have the tree grinder in the San Antonio area and I had to call them daily in order to push them to remove the stump. The second service was tree trimming which was also done on the scheduled day however it took five days to remove the brush. In both cases I called daily speaking to numerous supervisors requesting that they complete the work. They seemed to be limited in their equipment quantity (one tree grinder and one tree branch chipper) that created limitations to service. They are inexpensive and you have to manage the process. I should have learned the first time.
