Review content:
great food and friendly excellent waitstaff but management seems disrespectful to their servers. i have a hard time enjoying my meal while listening to the shrill voice of the female manager (janet?) lecturing and threatening her waitstaff. Having spent some time waitressing when I was in college I am amazed at the level of service these young servers (mostly college or high school kids) provide. they sometimes seem stretched thin though as i have often noticed they are asked to host, bus, and wait tables during busy hours. the most noticeable occurence of this is during the busy lunch rush when there is no host at the door and the servers are already busy at their tables. Management, if you want to maintain good customer service i suggest you figure it out and pay the labor costs required. Maybe Janet's time would be better spent helping the people waiting at the door instead of yelling for her servers who are already busy taking care of their customers to do it. Pros: good food good service Cons: management seems concerned with the wrong things
