where do I begin? They are unresponsive, threatening, charge fees for services not rendered, late-fees when nothing was late, try to keep security deposit for no reason, give out copies of your keys to too many people (I counted 10 different service workers who all had keys to my apartment in one month).
They're rude, indifferent, insulting, no follow-thru. I would not recommend renting from them under any circumstance ever. It's just not worth it. No respect for privacy and no respect for their renters. Very disappointing.
As far as parents' looking for housing for their students: This company has just acquired about 1000+ new properties and does not have the manpower to devote to the properties or tenants. They give copies of keys to several different contracting agencies who have many employees. I'm guessing that these contractors don't have criminal checks done on their employees. Yet, these people have access to your kids. I have come home to find these ""workers"" in my rental and next time I will call the police and file charges.
