You know, sometimes when you hear about a restaurant, you are disappointed when you go because the hype has built the place up to the point that no place could live up to the hype. I read the tennessean review, the top 13 recommendation, and all that. I have eaten bbq in kansas city at a place called the wabash that had spare ribs that talked to you... Well I drove down from Bowling Green to taste for myself and the ribs ROCK. I had a full slab with cornbread and baked beans and I will be coming back... I tried to talk to Pat after my meal , but he was catering. So Pat, you are the man. Keep it up, cause although I don't know the lady you named your smoker after, I'm sure she would be proud. Pros: Johnny Cash on the wall, great ribs, good sides Cons: Can't say I saw any
