As a retired priest of the Episcopal Church, I do not regard myself as being a ""good, hard-nosed negotiator"", but I am a very good judge of character. Duy Dang impressed me immensely with his personal integrity, courtesy, product knowledge (Prius), clarity of explanation, patience, focus, and flexibility. Having learned something of his remarkable personal background and his daily courage at work with chronic pain and inspiring determination, his conduct with us in our buying experience was genuinely extraordinary. It was a great privilege to meet and work with him. John Hall should be commended, also, for his firm, courteous, non-pushy focus on our business at hand and his willingness to show flexibility toward arriving at our final agreement. These two gentlemen make a fine team and worked well together which speaks highly of their respective personal accommodations anad, I trust, of the character and discipline of the whole Gladstone organization. We sought out Duy Dang very intentionally from friends who had bought their Prius through Duy, and he exceeded all the expectations we gathered from them.
