I return to this dealership to have my vehicle serviced solely because of Jenny Rhodes in the service department. She is helpful and very knowledgeable about my vehicle, and goes above and beyond to ensure that both the customer and the customer's vehicle are treated in an exemplary fashion. She recognizes that customers do not have time to waste, and always gets the maintenance done correctly in the least amount of time, with a smile and a friendly attitude. As impressive, her attitude is the only reason I visit this dealership...I attempted twice in the recent past to purchase a vehicle here, but both times I encountered auto salesman who were not knowledgeable about the Toyota vehicle I sought, rude and downright deceptive (liars). I walked out the second time, went to another Toyota dealership, and bought a car the very same day. Even though I would never buy a vehicle from the sales department here because of their past behavior, they do get all of my service business because of Jenny, as well as two other friends of mine who consider Jenny their service advisor
