Review content:
I tore my rotator-cuff and labrum 3 yrs ago playing rugby. I opted against surgery after successful rehab, but still suffered from nagging pain and instability. A friend recommended I give chiropractic a try. I swallowed my skepticism and decided that I would try ONE visit. I was expecting a slick, used car salesman type that would insist on multiple visits. What I experienced was the exact opposite. Dr. Bailey was engaging, pleasant, and very professional. He listened to me intently and explained his approach thoroughly. He performed an adjustment, explaining everything in a logical manner without any misleading technical jargon. He then performed something like a deep tissue massage (he just called it soft tissue work). He discussed some continuing rehab exercises and posture corrections that I might benefit from and sent me on my way. Long story short, I left feeling great and still do (1 mo later).
Pros: Dr Bailey really helped
