Review content:
There is usually a lot of pressure when you enter a commission based sales environment. I don't like being pressured to purchase. When I entered Zales to do some Chirstmas shopping I knew I wanted a watch for my mother but was not planning on purchasing one that day. I relayed this message to the person who greeted me and she let me know where she'd be and promptly left me to browse. Doesn't sound like good service to some but it was exactly what I wanted. When I saw a few watches I liked, I didn't have to say anything but ""hey"" and she was right there. She showed me the watches I wanted to check out, answered all of my questions, and helped me make a solid purchase. It was great. I left with a beautiful watch and wonderful experience. Best ever.
