Review content:
I started going to TOP Nails after receiving bad customer service at LE Nails .It is a very clean and relaxing atmosphere with nice sized televisions and plenty of magazines. I highly recommend KIM she's cute, young, friendly always smiling and pays attention to you and does great designs. The other girl is very good as well !
However, I know a lot of people have complained about the owner (an older woman who you will recognize) who isn't very customer friendly...and doesn't do very good work.
