Businiess name:  The Melting Pot

Review content:
I personally don't like the idea of having to cook your own food at the table, unless its Korean BBQ Shabu Shabu, so I'm not a huge fan of the Melting Pot concept to begin with, but for some reason, people, and visitors to this town especially, love this restaurant. So I have been here twice. And both times, we have received really really crappy service. Like, wait over 15 minutes to be seated, then wait over 15 minutes to get your drink order, then give up on timing how long it takes to bring bread and cheese to the table, and so on and so forth. Seriously, the food is not cooked, right, so what could they possibly be doing back there that takes so long? I mean, I read the other reviews, and I get the idea of having a leisurely dinner, but to me, that is 90 minutes, because I actually have other things to do. Both times I came here, it took well over 2 and a half hours to get out of there, and maybe that is someone else's idea of a good time, but it wasn't for me. Plus, now that I live in Seattle, I like to say things like ""I hate chain restaurants, anyway"".
