He showed up the same day I called and took care of my problems and questions in less than an hour. I had spent three nights in a row trying to get my machine to stop freezing up and he fixed it within 20 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Computer Tutor to any of my friend or family that needed help. As he said Why sit frustrated when you can get help at an affordable price..
