I warn anyone considering using these people to reconsider. This is not the same Party Bus company that we have used for many years, although they will tell you on the phone that they are better. To start, the bus that was sent was disgusting and the driver even worse. Why we decided to board the bus and start the rental after our 1st impression continues to haunt me, especially after the driver was 45 minutes late to our office for the original pick-up. The driver got lost, the bus broke down and we were left to fend for ourselves after 2 hours of waiting with the driver who didn't seem to know the 1st thing about the bus.....which I guess was supposed to have functional a/c as well. We had to call for our own rides home and never received an apology or refund. I am amazed that they are able to operate in this city and warn anyone to steer clear of this company!

Cons: A horrible expensive mistake
