Review content:
Do not use this company!! We ordered kitchen cabinets over six months ago and are still waiting for the completion. Dominion Cabinets will not return calls and are rarely at the store when you try to get into the showroom. Two deliveries on our kitchen cabinets and 30% of our kitchen is still missing. Deliveries are complete with missing and wrong cabinets. Office cabinets that we ordered were over four months overdue. Despite being told by the manufacturer that no order had been placed and/or shipped to Dominion Cabinets for our office cabinets, Dominion Cabinets delivered cabinets to us. The labels had been ripped off to hide the fact that they were not the product that we ordered. They were the wrong style, size, and configuration. Flooring materials order from Dominion Cabinets have also been a nightmare. Our four month construction project has been held hostage by this company and now almost four months past its completion date. We have engaged the manufacturer of the kitchen cabinets and are now hoping that we may receive the balance of our order in late March. These cabinets were due in Nov 07!
Pros: None!
Cons: Company is dishonest, incompetent and are guilty of fraud in our order.
