Worst experience I have ever had with a escrow company. Delayed our closing for over 2 weeks due to there inability to follow up and straighten out title concerns. If you are not on phone with them daily your file stays in a drawer until buyer walks in with money. Then they begin to try to close the deal! No concerns or calls if escrow goes over projected time. YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM so dont wait around and believe they know what they are doing. They dont even know how to research a judgement placed by there own county. I had to do it for them (and the county has a special number for escrow companies). Even if your agent suggests this escrow company be sure to pick another!
Pros: Absolutely NONE
Cons: Drags there feet and doesn't follow up with Title or Seller
