I couldn't have gotten through those first few months with out Georgette Kerr's help.
I had so many challenges with breast feeding, yet I really wanted to breast feed my son. I called Georgette after midnight and told her that I really wanted to breast feed but it had become to much for me. She came to my house in the middle of the night and gave my baby a bottle and let me get some sleep. She told me I could ""quit for now"" so I didn't have to worry about it. Then I could reconsider after I had some sleep. She knew how often I had to pump to keep my milk supply and what nipple to give my son so he wouldn't develop any latch issues. She helped me seek out the best lactation consultant in the area and helped me solve all of my breast feeding problems. She was supportive, encouraging, and just plain amazing. I ended up LOVING breast feeding and breast fed my son for a full year. I recommend After the Stork to all of my friends. As soon as I find out I'm pregnant with my second I will be calling After the Stork!! I want to make sure I fit into her schedule. THANKS GEORGETTE!!
