When I first started going to Power Tech it was all good, they were polite and helpful and seemed to have my best interest in mind. Things started going south when someone named BUD started having authority. He is very disrespectful, childish, and only wants to help himself at the expense of everyone else. He BREAKS everything he touches, came into work at a honda shop and doesnt know the first thing about hondas. He is the reason that I will never take any of my cars to Power Tech ever again, unless things take a major turn in the right direction. KNOW THIS if you take your car there, it WILL be dogged out by BUD, he WILL try to break it, and he WILL do whatever he wants to it and take whatever parts off it that he wants!!!!!!
