We bought gift certificates and they were a nightmare to use..Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Called to talk about the gift certificates and ""staff"" member could not clearly answer any questions, when I asked for a manager or supervisor she hung up on me. I called back and no one would answer the phone! Really in this economy I would think you would try a little harder to keep business and new customers..Buyer Beware
Cons: no intelligent staff and nonexisting owner or manager
