These guys know coffee. The art of coffee is exemplified at Latte Da. The flavr of their coffee is wonderfully rich. The milk in the Latte is done correctly- you don't receive espresso filled with milk and a spoonful of foam on top like starbucks. They foam the milk to a true latte consistency, pound the milk until the air is evenly distributed through. The milk was the perfect temperature to complement the coffe. They even pourred the milk the proper way so that there was a heart on the top of the cup. - Any barista knows that this is the proper way to make a latte.
